This option is designed to help participants learn more about the powerful relationship between one’s attitude, the impact it can have on the work environment and how it can ultimately shape one’s influence in the world.
Each participant will discover The S.L.U.G. Attitude as they Slow Down to explore their own personal leadership style, reflect on the leader they intend to be and assess the trail they leave for others. Like a banana slug that leaves a shiny glistening trail everywhere it goes, what kind of trail are YOU leaving?
Just as a banana slug recycles waste and other debris into nutrients for the trees, we too can recycle our personal and professional challenges into strengths and opportunities for growth.

THE INTERACTIVE "LEAVE A TRAIL" EXPERIENCE (A Workplace Recognition System)
What trail will your team choose to leave today? Discover a trail guide to creating experiences and environments where people want to be! This positive recognition system will explore the spirit of your organization and inspire each individual to contribute to the dynamics of their work environment. Each system comes complete with all of the materials needed to create your very own Interactive Leave a Trail Experience. Each system includes an Organic Play poster which reads… “Take a moment to recognize someone for the trail they have left behind…” and 150 yellow Organic Play Banana Slugs for team members to use to appreciate individual & team contributions. These adorable little slugs can then be placed in any work area, one after the other creating your very own trail of positive recognition. This interactive system can also be used by customers, clients and parents as they take a moment to share their thoughts about the trail your organization has left in their lives.
