Attitude as they Slow Down to explore their own personal leadership style, reflect on the leader they intend to be and assess the trail they leave for others. Like a banana slug that leaves a shiny glistening trail everywhere it goes, what kind of trail are YOU leaving?
Just as a banana slug recycles waste and other debris into nutrients for the trees, we too can recycle our personal and professional challenges into strengths and opportunities for growth.
